Mattress Removal
If you have an old Mattress that you would like to dispose of, our courier partner can collect this at the same time as delivering your new order for a small fee. Your old Mattress will then be sent to be recycled.
The old Mattress must be packaged, downstairs and dismantled on the ground floor ready for the driver to take away.
This service is only available as long as sufficient space is available in the driver’s vehicle, the removal fee would be refunded back to you if the collection is not completed.
The driver has the right to refuse collection of any old mattress if deemed to be dirty/soiled/dangerous, the removal fee would be refunded back to you if the collection is not completed.
We strongly suggest that you don’t leave the old mattress outside as this can cause damage to your mattress, and you may still need your old mattress in case, due to unforeseen circumstances, the driver does not reach you on the day.
